By purchasing this 10 build skill, a character learns the basics of being a mage.

This will enable them to buy any Mage Skill List skills at the ‘on list’ cost, and refund any build spent on skills they purchased for the “off list” cost.

For example, Johan learns Pyrotechnics Rank 1 off list for 5 build. When he learns Mage’s List he will get a refund of the 3 build he overspent. (5-2=3). This build is available to spend the next month after the character learns the list. 

They will aditionally gain 3 Power Points enabling them to qualify for learning Rank 1 spells.
